What To Do For The 5,000 Point Bonus
2. Stay at Hilton hotel for at least two nights (only paid stays count) by October 31, 2016.
3. Charge it to your American Express Hilton HHonors™ Card or American Express Hilton HHonors™ Surpass® Card
4. Wait four to six weeks after your stay and the points should arrive in your HHonors account.
The 5,000 Point bonus does not count toward HHonors Elite tier qualification. You also can’t retroactively register for a reservation you’ve already made.
Bottom Line
I value Hilton points at .4 cents each, so this bonus is worth roughly $20. It’s not much, but you might as well register if (and only if) you were planning on staying at a Hilton for two nights by October 31. Double check for better offers for your stay before jumping at this one though, as the terms state that the “offer may not be combined with other select promotions, offer or discounts”.
